Questions are a powerful thing. Sometimes they can be more effective and impacting than simply providing answers. Everyone is looking for answers and there are few leaders that are leading others to the discovery of those answers.
The most radical leader that ever lived on this planet dramatically impacted peoples lives with BOTH answers and questions. Answers are the end result that we desire. Consequently, many leaders are quick to discover or provide the answers. Many times, Jesus gave answers to the questions people were asking. But when He wanted to take them deeper in their understanding and realing find answers, HE ASKED QUESTIONS.
Why questions? When we ask questions, it's usually because we need information. When Jesus asked questions, it was because we need information. Sometimes the worst thing a leader can do is to simply provide answers. Why not learn from the Master leader? Help others DISCOVER the answer by asking real questions and make them think. In the end they will discover more than you could tell them.
